Chairman - Barry Stowe Barry is Chief Executive of Prudential Corporation Asia, responsible for Prudential plc’s network of life insurance, asset management and consumer finance operations spanning 14 diverse markets across Asia. He is a member of the Group Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of Prudential plc. Prior to joining Prudential in October 2006, Barry was President of Accident & Health Worldwide for AIG Life Companies, based in Hong Kong and overseeing more than 100 operations across six continents. Barry is a member of the World Economic Forum's Committee on Investment in Emerging Markets. He is also a member of the Board of Visitors of Lipscomb University and of the Board of Managers of Hong Kong International School. Barry is a graduate of Lipscomb University with a BA in Politics. |

Director - Michael Wong Michael was formerly the Group Vice President and Regional Managing Director (Asia Pacific) of Wrigley. Prior to Wrigley, Michael worked in Campbell Soup Company as their Asia Regional Managing Director. He has been a Political Advisor to Guangzhou City Government since 2007. Michael has a 32 year experience managing global business enterprises covering the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Pacific continents. He has held management positions within private companies to Wall Street Listed Fortune 500 firms. He has built successful companies, highly profitable businesses, winning teams, and leading brands in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry. Retired in 2008 when Wrigley was sold, Michael is now devoting his time to Charity, Government Advisory Committee, Consulting, and Lecturing. |

Director - Susan Yuen Susan's priorities as CEO of ANZ Hong Kong include overseeing and supporting the expansion of the Markets and Corporate & Institutional Banking businesses. She has considerable Asian banking expertise, having previously been Managing Director Corporate and Institutional Banking for HSBC in Malaysia and holding various senior roles with Malaysia's Maybank. In previous roles at ANZ, Susan has been Chief of Staff to the CEO Asia Pacific, General Manager Asian Relationships and a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team. During a total of 15 months in the role of Chief of Staff, Susan has overseen the restructure of the Asia Pacific Marketing function, initiated a Corporate Responsibility agenda for the division and worked collaboratively with the Institutional, Private Banking and Retail teams to grow the Asian client base in Australia and New Zealand and vice versa. Susan has a Bachelor of Science honours degree in computer science from the University of London. She is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and speaks Cantonese. |

Director - Dr. Dirk Norbert Mundorf Dirk is a Senior Partner of Egon Zehnder International's Hong Kong office, as well as a core member of the global Financial Services Practice Group. He joined the Firm in Munich in 2000 and was the Practice Group leader for Insurance for seven years and relocated to Hong Kong in 2007. Prior to joining the Firm, he was with The Boston Consulting Group as a Director, initially based in Frankfurt and subsequently in Mumbai. He received his MBA in Economics and PhD in Geography from University of Frankfurt. |

Director - Laurence Alberts Larry is an operating advisor to clean tech companies in China’s energy sector. Previously, he was Partner and Managing Director with The Boston Consulting Group, based in Hong Kong, where he focused on the energy sector and related industrial goods and infrastructure clients. Before that, he was at Oliver Wyman, based in Hong Kong. Larry started his career at Bain & Company in Boston in 1984, and then after business school joined the New York office of Strategic Planning Associates, which later became known as Mercer Management Consulting and more recently, Oliver Wyman. He relocated permanently to Hong Kong in 1995. Larry first came to China in 1987, teaching English at the Wuhan Institute of Technology for one year before attending business school. Larry is a graduate of Harvard College (1984) and of the Lauder Institute at the Wharton School (1990). He is married with two children. |

Director - Ted Chan
Ted is a Partner and Managing Director of The Boston Consulting Group in Hong Kong wherehe leads BCG's Strategy and Corporate Development Practices in Greater China. Withmore than 14 years of experience in the Greater China market, he is a core member of BCG’s Healthcare and Technology, Media and Telecom practice areas. Most recently, he led an effort with the World Economic Forum on the corporate citizenship initiatives of Chinese companies, and published the report ‘Emerging Best Practices of Chinese Globalizers: The Corporate Global Citizenship Challenge'. Ted received his B.S. degrees, both Summa Cum Laude, in Computer & Systems Engineering and Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York, before he went to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for the M.S. program in Technology and Policy. |

Director - Ms. Emilia Romano Emilia was the Key Challenge Deputy Director of International Save the Children Alliance. She oversaw various strategic issues of Save the Children. Now, she is in charge of the operations and organization development of Save the Children in Italy. |
