A Michael Jackson fans group dance to save the children To pay tribute to the King of Pop
Local Michael Jackson fans group Dreamwalker organizes a Michael Jackson tribute dance performances "Shining Summer 2010" in June, July and August, in a bid to raise fund for the charity Save the Children, to rock this summer and dance for the right, justice and love for children.
A kick-off ceremony of the activity was hold at shopping mall apm on 26 June (Sat). The passionate youngsters performed Michael Jackson’s dances of “Beat it” and “They don’t care about us”. The venue was overwhelmed by the acclaim from the audiences who enjoyed the show so much. Moreover, one of the Michael Jackson’s best friends Howard McCrary was invited to sing “Heal the World” with the youngsters, filling the air with love and hope.
Thanks to apm’s generous support, Save the Children set up a charity sales booth near the stage to sell special Michael Jackson T-shirts sponsored by Hang Ten. With simple design and comfortable material, the t-shirts was a big hit on the event! Thank you all for your great support!
